Earnings Calculator
Estimate earnings using available platform rate information and your selected work preferences.
RBAI21 separates reported rate information from calculated estimates so you can see what comes from available data and what is calculated from your inputs.
Set Your Preferences
Select the options that should be used by the calculator.
Your profile is used to identify the most applicable data before a result is calculated.
Your Estimated Earnings
Results appear after a supported rate is identified.
This result is calculated from the applicable rate information and your selected hours. It is not a guaranteed income amount.
RBAI21 will not force an earnings figure when reliable rate information is unavailable.
Adjust Inputs & See the Impact
Change supported inputs to see how the calculated result changes.
Move the slider to update the calculation input instantly.
Changing hours changes the calculated result only; it does not imply that more work is available.
No automatic percentage uplift or reduction is assumed unless an explicit, validated rule is added to the calculation engine.
Availability can vary by platform, project, country and qualification. RBAI21 should display supported availability information rather than inventing an earnings factor.

Reported Rate Information
Platform/source information is displayed separately from RBAI21 calculations.
Factors That Can Affect Actual Earnings
These factors explain variability without automatically creating invented percentages.
Some platforms or projects use hourly, task-based, item-based or project-based compensation.
Available work can change by platform, project, qualification and location.
Requirements can determine which projects a contributor can access.
Eligibility, task coverage and payment availability can vary across regions.
No Number Is Forced
RBAI21 should show Estimate unavailable when there is not enough reliable rate information for the selected combination. This keeps the calculator from filling gaps with invented earnings values.
The calculation engine should use an applicable, supportable rate first. Weekly, monthly and annual values are derived from that selected rate and the user’s entered weekly hours. Experience, country, availability and task type should not change the numeric result unless a documented and validated rule exists for that factor.
